Uniform Shop Trading Hours
The Uniform Shop is open for walk-in visits, phone enquiries (9246 8229) and email correspondence (uniformshop@sacredheart.wa.edu.au) during the hours listed below.
Sacred Heart's compulsory uniform expectations and rules have been expertly designed to promote community, inclusivity and practicality.
It is the responsibility of students and their parents/caregivers to ensure that uniforms are worn appropriately, to a high standard and freshly laundered.
The College's on-site Uniform Shop provides a convenient and personalised service to families purchasing the uniform.
Uniform FAQs
Where can I purchase uniforms?
All uniform items are exclusively sold through our Uniform Shop, available on-site or through our Online Store.
All NEW students must purchase their uniform items from the Uniform Shop (not the Online Store) so our staff can assist you with correct sizing. Uniform appointments will be made for all new students to the College.
What uniform items are there?
Several items, both compulsory and optional, make up the College Uniform. A list of uniform items is available via our College Uniform Expectations.
Are unisex ties compulsory for students?
Yes, all students who are purchasing a new Winter Uniform will be required to purchase a unisex tie.
Are tights required to be worn as part of the Winter Uniform?
Tights or socks can be worn with the winter skirt. To maintain consistency in shade and denier, stockings must only be purchased from the Uniform Shop. At least one pair of tights should be purchased for formal occasions (as advised by the College Executive).
Is a belt required to be worn with the shorts and trousers?
Yes, the black belt must be worn with shorts or trousers.
Are students required to purchase College socks?
Yes, College socks must be worn with all uniforms.
General Information
Email and Online Orders
New uniform items (not pre-loved) are available via the Online Store. The Uniform Shop are happy to process email, phone and online orders for students to collect. Credit card details must be supplied when an order is placed.
Online orders will be ready for collection by students from recess on Mondays and Wednesdays and are not delivered directly to students. Students will receive an email to their school email address to notify them that an order is ready for collection. Please remind your child to check this email account and collect their order promptly.
Year 12 Alumni Ties
Year 12 Alumni Ties, designed by Belinda Gill and Tyler Williams (Class of 2021) are available from the Uniform Shop for $26.

Pre-loved Uniform Policy
We urge families to exercise caution when purchasing uniform items from platforms not affiliated with the College, such as Facebook Marketplace, Gumtree or other online listings.
It has come to our attention that some families have unknowingly purchased incorrect, discontinued, or unsuitable items for their child’s year group - including:
- Outdated sport shorts (pre-2024)
- Vintage taslon tracksuits (pre-2008)
- Bucket hats that no longer meet current sun safety standards (pre-2019)
- Items that are damaged or stained
To ensure consistency and quality, we strongly encourage all pre-loved uniform purchases and sales to be made through the College Uniform Shop. All items submitted for sale through the Uniform Shop must be FRESHLY WASHED and BLAZERS MUST BE DRY-CLEANED.
Please ensure that all pockets are empty, missing buttons have been replaced and any tears or split seams have been repaired. Items which are stained, discoloured, have not been washed or have excessive wear and tear do not meet the College pre-loved standards and will be sent to the missions without notification.
All money from the sale of pre-loved clothing is held in credit for the seller at the Uniform Shop to be used for future purchases. Credit cannot be used for online purchases. Families who have left the College will receive payment by electronic funds transfer once clothing sells. Payouts are processed once each term.

Uniform Shop Exchange Period
The exchange period for Uniform Shop purchases is strictly one month from the date of purchase. There are strictly no exchanges or returns available on pre-loved items.
